The electrician arrives at my house without warning earlier than planned 12h instead of 14h. Disassemble everything without knowing the real problem, then leave me without electricity for 2 months, then the company sends me back a quote of more than € 15,000. Who spends Christmas without light without news from the company that intervened at home. The plumber poured 4 bags of 25kg salt into the softener for the bwt technician to empty everything.
