I asked for a repair for my Honda tractor (purchased from Cottet), I am given 7 weeks delay with a paid estimate of 100 € (Chez Fourneret it's free). When I wanted to recover it by making an appointment not wishing to pay the quote. The workshop left it outside in front of the gate, anyone could have picked it up by the way. No response to email or phone. I'm not talking about friendliness. At Fourneret, they answer the phone and took my tractor for a repair early next week. I do not recommend COTTET establishments. Personally, I will no longer go even if I have to travel miles to help myself out.

Besides the quality of the work provided, I am not a mechanic, I find certain inconsistencies in my quote, and as an informed customer, I talk about it. After an initial quote that is too expensive for my current budget, I ask for a reduced quote, which I receive in good uniform, but now with less work on my machine, the cost of labor is increased, and more expensive than on the first quote., OK. Maybe a mistake. Then the second oddity, the labor rate displayed on the workshop door, does not correspond to that on my quote. Hear the reason, the prices have changed, in the week of repair of my machine as if by chance. I specify, price posted on 20/11, I took my machine on 27/11. So either MO's prices change every week, or some methods are unscrupulous. So as an informed customer, be careful, I am not talking about scams, but probably lack of clarity, most likely aimed at making us consume more than necessary.

Are pro with quality products. Maintenance service known sometimes a little expensive ... but pros !!!!
