And yet it deserves 0! Walking around town this Saturday, we wanted to see for a pair of shoes. The display shows that the reception is with or without an appointment. Customers in front of us and so we wait patiently. Come our turn, we are told that we will have to wait an indefinite period when there is only one other person who has an appointment. Why note that we can come without an appointment and have us wait outside in the rain with children for nothing ?! What a pity for the city of Libourne not to have competing offers, many of us come for lack of other choices.

A star is already a lot! Arriving at the end of the day to buy my son's first shoes, we are refused entry on the pretext that we have not made an appointment! No hello, no polite formula, we are requested to come back later if perhaps no appointment in the meantime! Too bad the quality of the shoes is worth it but certainly not the service! Just because the shop has a monopoly on the city doesn't mean you have to look down on people and everything is taken for granted! We found our happiness elsewhere ... It doesn't make you want to come back!

The choice, the quality and the saleswomen who are very friendly with children and parents alike, I recommend this store.
