Bijouterie Francis Merilhou

Terrible. I wish I had read the other reviews. I bought a ring from this shop. It was priced at 680 euros. They rang their other stores to see if they had my size but it turned out the ring had to be resized. I was charged for this. The ring was resized and was still far too big. It was then decided that it had to have some “frênes” inserted to make it smaller. Again I was charged - double this time. Again it was too big. At this point I should have walked away but no again we went for resizing. I then heard nothing. After three weeks I called. No one called me back. Another week later I called again and this time I just wanted to cancel the order. Up to now the process had taken two months. Ridiculous. Eventually I spoke to The owner, Francis Merilhou. So so rude and unpleasant. He just repeated that on Saturday it would be ready. And then he hung up on me. I called again and he said exactly the same and hung up on me again. Unbelievably bad customer service. I will never shop there again and I will tell everyone I know not to either. M. Merilhou is the rudest, most arrogant, man I have ever dealt with in a job that is trying to sell to the public. I feel for his staff but I must admit I won’t be sad the day he goes out of business.

With my fiancee we bought a bracelet worth 69 €, to make a present As the gift was not to the recipient's liking, we wanted to credit our credit card back, but it was not possible. The store manager therefore provided us with a credit note telling us "you'll find something you like before Christmas" Not having found anything in this store to our liking, we were therefore forced to make a purchase of 69 € by default, in order not to lose this money ... We are always looking for a smile, friendliness and professionalism from the manager of the jewelry store and his employee. It is true that it is very complicated to credit a bank card ... it is not the house policy, we were told ...

I repaired my watch and jewelry. The manager is a watchmaker by trade and he told me good care of my jewelry. Very professional and very nice store.

Nice shop, choice, but no more relational level

We went to make pierce the ears of my daughter, saleswoman who seems to me kind, boss or responsible not at all (pure briviste). The saleswoman pierced my daughter's ears without having disinfected the pierced part, she herself does not know how to disinfect the hands, she was not wearing gloves either which seems to me compulsory. A few days later my daughter had an infection and an allergic reaction to the prostheses which are normally made of surgical steel. My companion was to see the saleswoman who was unable to find him the certificate proving that it was steel. For my part it was not surgical steel. It should be prohibited for breakthrough jewelers. So I do not recommend this jewelry at all.
