On the one hand, no smile at the entrance of the staff, in this case an elderly employee present at the cash desk. No longer having a hamster that day, I ask when they will receive them, the lady answers me "So ask the good god" I was very surprised by his sharp, lofty response that meant I don't care about you. I also notice that an employee catches rats by the tail to put in cardboard transport boxes !! While it is important not to grab by the tail, it can break their spine and be very painful for them !!! The staff are not able to know that these are the basics for the welfare of animals and not to make them suffer !!! I find it shameful, we have to review everything on the one hand, the customer reception and the contact for handling animals !!
