We loved our wedding cake - it was absolutely perfect, the details were fantastic. Elaine hand made flowers to match those in my bouquet and around on the day, they were incredible! The cakes themselves were delicious, light and super tasty! I really didn't want to cut it! We do have the flowers to keep forever though - thanks Elaine

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing cake you made for our daughter Jo’s wedding. It really had the Wow factor. We left a lot of the design and detail to you and you didn't disappoint. You must have put in hours of work making so many pretty delicate flowers and the colours were perfectly matched and of course it was delicious! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending you.

Elaine has made several cakes for me and they are amazing! They look fantastic and the attention to detail is superb. Her flower making skills are excellent and the results are very delicate, beautifully coloured and shaded to create a very realistic result.
Elaine is also very creative. she has made a champagne bottle cake in a box which generated lots of admiration and comments as to how real it looked; she recently made a cake for me for Breast Cancer Research and it was fantastic - it wowed and amused everyone at work and promoted lots of donations and she has also made a flower decorated Pearl Anniversary cake that was very delicate and had a beautiful spray of flowers and a subtle pearly shimmer.
The cakes themselves are light, well flavoured and taste absolutely delicious. They all disappeared very quickly and were accompanied by lots of comments about how yummy they were.
