First time using the practice as referred for Tundra's surgery. Amazing experience. The whole team were compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr Ralph was kind and considerate to both ourselves and our little kitten. We felt totally reassured by him and instantly felt she was in good hands. All round superb service from a great team. Everything you could wish for in a vetinary practice. Thank you so much everyone!
Frederico was highly knowledgable and took me through the process step by step, although early days Baggy appears to be improving day by day walking on his now surgically remodeled elbow more comfortably.
Impersonal vetinary surgery it feels like a conveyer belt. Rushed consultation. I was told by the vet " it's fine if you don't like me you have a right to go elsewhere". No consideration for the fact arrangements had been made for after care / time off work.
Very little reassuring words from the nurses when I called for progress reports.
I was made to feel it was an inconvenience when I called.I collected my beloved boy saturated in urine...
As for the surgery itself I cannot comment until he is reassessed I hope it has been successfully as
I choose them because of the surgeons credentials. Nonetheless there is an overwhelming lack of customer care and empathy.
Even during these hard times I was very impressed with the service & care that my dog received. I know my dog will be in good hands when we return for his operation.
Oscar was dealt with thoroughly, quickly, effectively and with lots of love and compassion. We found them to be very professional and easy to deal with, making a difficult situation as painless as possible for us.
