Not too busy. Long queue though but got to checkout very quickly so nothing to complain about. Usual abundance of stock and very tidy. Friendly helpful member of staff on till.
Most impressed with the organisation of the Maidstone branch during a pandemic. Nice, efficient eastern European lady at the entrance.
Only a few customers allowed in at a time. Staff member at front door asked a customer if he had a mask and he replied ...no, but he would go and get one from his van. I thought why didn't you bring one in the first placeš¤!!!
Queue moved quickly. Every check out manned. Nice glass cubicles.
Good selection. Don't always find what you need but that's the fun
Great place. At homesense I found amazing pasta which use as a decoration in a glass jar.
Amazing brand socks premium quality for my daughter were found. However the choice used to be wider, but anyway every time a good surprise.
My favorite place to shop. Always good bargains, great quality and got everything under one roof. Opening hours great as I can pop in after work and browse around without being crowded, customer service always great and ready to jump in and help you out when needed. 5 stars!
