I had an excellent experience with enterprise. I dealt with a fantastic young lady called Charlie, who was very polite, friendly and exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process. I would say because of her i will use enterprise again. The vehicle was delivered and collected on time. I must say Hadar from the office also kept me up to date and well informed also.

Possibly the most insensitive and unprofessional staff. My hire vehicle was not ‘like for like’ and I asked for a small economic car. They left me with something huge that I was afraid to drive, given that I was still shaken from the car accident the day before.I kept the car as I was not offered a suitable alternative. After driving minimally (20min journey each day) I had to call the AA after driving the car for 3days only to find it had no brake fluid! No compensation was offered only rudeness from the company. I will never deal with them again.
I have used Enterprise Watford Pennings for both personal and commercial car rentals. At all times the customer service has been top quality and the cars fantastic. They are always happy to please, keep up the amazing work guys!

Great! Never had an issue used loads over the last few months. Cars are great standard, prices are good. Staff friendly. Ive even called with a few hours notice and they have found a car.Prefect everytime
