Car was very dirty,disgusting full of dog hair ,mud on the front and on the back of the car inside.We has been promised that will be delivered clean car 5 days before, nothing like this happened person who brought the car try to reinsure us that was clean .....disgusting looks like hi need proper glasses, no competent at all.! I Feel sorry for the manager after conversation with him hi offer to Hoover the car a bit by himself when some of the staff was standing outside on the side and lough....What kind of workers they are and how bad this is looking for company.....

Due to vehicle damage from a windscreen replacement, autoglass have been using Enterprise watford to source hire vehicles for me. In all not a great experience and I think enterprise need to really review their cleaning standards, particularly with the current pandemic. Volvo xc40 - perfectly clean inside and out (no problems) Audi Q5 - needed an oil change from the moment I started the engine and was filthy inside, dog hairs everywhere and stunk of cigarettes. Landrover discovery - was overdue on the service, back passenger tire constantly needed air and I suspect it had a puncture, then warning lights flagged up about diesel filters. Vauxhall mokka - delivered with no fuel, when I called to complain I was told that it was delivered with a quarter of a tank. As soon as I turned the engine on the reserve fuel light flagged. The car was also disgusting inside dog hair, dirt and odd looking stains on the passenger seat. Overall the quality of the cars and their interior conditions have been extremely poor. Having said that staff are professional and customer service has been good, but cleanliness of the vehicles have been extremely poor.

Rented a van to move to a new home 28.12. The van was clean on the outside but the cabin was dirty from previous users. The manager offered 2 options: to clean it, which would take time, or give us a refund. We agreed on the refund since we were on a time limit. Needless to say, there was no refund. We’ve been chasing the company for 1,5 months, calling them weekly, but they give generic responses about not having a record about the refund in their system and passing the information to a higher ranking manager. Very bad service. EDIT: rented a car from them again hoping for a better service this time. Guess what, we were given a compact car instead of the economy we paid for and were charged for insurance we SPECIFICALLY said we didn’t need, and now they find more and more excuses not to pay the money back. I am sure now that this company constantly looks for a way to rob customers hoping they wouldn’t notice or make a fuss. Do not rent with them, they are a bunch of thieves disguised as a reliable business that “happens to make mistakes sometimes”.
