I am absolutely fuming. I went to book a car but they didn't have any options so offered to put me onto car club. Went to drive to an important client meeting and car wouldn't open. Lots of people tried to help but couldn't. I ended up missing an important client meeting as no one was answering tje support line. Car club still hasn't reposnded to me. No one has answered the help line. This was a week ago! Enterprise has not got in touch with me either. I've wasted over £100 on a journey that never happened and got in trouble at work. I am fuming. Never booking through them again
