I had booked the car through online website. I went there to pick up the car then I realised American Express credit card isn't accepted. I was happy to hold the deposit on my visa debit card. However, they insisted on reducing the excess and I had to pay additional amount which I didn't anticipate. I didn't understand how come they are happy to hold the deposit if I reduce excess but not with the standard excess. I felt that they deliberately wanted to charge additional cost in the name of reducing the excess though I didn't want it.
Have used this company many times. Very good service and cars always very good condition. Highly recommended
I have a prepaid contract with this company and they are refusing to honor the contract and give me the car as booked. I arrived and they tried to increase the rate 50%, when I refused because I have already paid the rate agreed, he refused to rent me the vehicle. Never do business with these people.
Staff friendly and helpful, always happy to go the extra mile. Quick to collect, have used them a number of times!

I would have given 5 stars willingly but on one occasion we had to deal with the owner - if we hadn't had good service before then that would have been our ONLY BOOKING!
