A legalized theft!
My experience with easirent bristol Airport was excellent. Customer service was excellent. I've used twice now in last month and had no problems. Will definitely use again
Member of staff very friendly and very helpful
At check in and check out the staff were courteous, quick to serve us and informative. No problems at all, would use again. The car wasn't exactly what we had ordered and had a bit of superficial damage (hence losing a star) but totally up to the job.
Very bad service. Bristol airport staff is unprofessional at all. I was coming from Bath to Bristol airport to collect a car. When I arrived, the representative told me that he hasn't got an automatic car!!
Nobody notified me bedore I came and he would not offer any help despite of my advanced booking.
I had so many cars rented from different companies and never experienced a situation like this. He kept saying pick the manual car, even if I told him that I don't drive manual.
The guy at the branch does not how the system works.
