Just had a car dropped off from this company, I explained that their were two alloys scratched to the delivery driver and after he had gone I went through the paperwork to find that one rear right alloy had been put down on the paperwork. I have written a report to the company and am waiting on a response, after looking at further reviews from other customers that have had hired vehicles from this company, I would definitely never get a car from them again. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he explained to me that no money will be taken out my account 50-pound charge as well as a £75.80 charge on my account has been taken. If u are going to take the risk of hiring a car then check they have appraised the car correctly because they seem to miss scratches on alloys wheels in my case off the paperwork. I have not scratched any alloy and have only used the car to travel a few miles in. This company so far has miss informed me and I believe has intentionally miss lead me, I have a feeling I am going to be blamed for the right front alloy that has already been damaged before I received the car. I will wait till I speak to them in the morning of 6th January to inform them that I have not damaged their hire car and to speak to them about taking money out of my account without my authorization. This is a breach of the human rights act.

So far so good! I've hired a car from here a couple of times and been served by Zoltan on both occasions. He's very professional and gets you on the road as quick as possible. Europcar loses a star as it's unclear from the website or at the site what the out of hours return fee is.
