Rented for a long weekend, car was a lovely and very clean 2020 model. The guy who handed it over was genuinly friendly and very helpful. I belive his name was Richard, he had only started recently but deserves a mention for sure.

Just hired what was supposed to be fiat 500 cheapest car..got upgraded to top of range ford for free. Staff were fantastic ..Ricky I think guy was called top guy sorted us out very quickly and efficiently. We returned car to Ipswich which is equally brilliant no quibble rip offs or pressure selling. Will use them again

Staff at both pick up and drop off were the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered. Unfortunately I don't remember individual names but the woman at pick up quickly showed me to my car, looked over everything with me to make sure I was okay with it, and was very pleasant to deal with. Drop off was much the same with a different woman. And the best bit was no hard sell on insurance and extras. I just said insurance was on my US credit card and we moved on. This was a huge contrast to renting from Europcar at Birmingham airport on my last visit, where the man on the counter basically lied and told me my US credit card insurance wasn't acceptable and used scare tactics to make me pay for their expensive insurance. Never using Europcar again and I tell everyone I know to avoid them. Enterprise are highly recommended.

As a customer of Europcar 3 times during last few months, thought I would use them again. This occasion booked a vehicle from 4 - 10 Feb from Brs Airport and price shown was £145. Hit pay and my screen vanished....probably because I didn't purchase any of the huge amount of usual extras. Didn't know if the payment went through or not, so phoned Europcar and spoke to a staff member. She stated no booking paid for so asked if I could book over the phone. She said yes and quoted £195 for the same car. She asked me to hold (know that I had been with them before) and quoted £156 this time. I told her I really wanted to use Europcar but have it cheaper elsewhere. Then the corporate script came out about offers here there and everywhere and life history etc etc blar blar. I then used Enterprise for £123 same car, same dates, less hassle. What a shambles.

Great rental experience in Bristol airport with Alamo enterprise. A small queue when I arrived was made up for with a nice upgrade and excellent service by Rebecca and her colleagues. Many thanks.
