Nice experience at this store: Tire went flat a few kilometers after leaving the rental yard. Put on the spare and drove back to agency. They took my word that the tire warning light was previously on, gave me an upgraded car, and didn't fuss about the flat. No charges. A nice memory (esp. together with meeting a local who helped me with the tire and offered tea!) Have been meaning to write this review for while.
Great service. The Hertz agent picked me up from the Bus Waiting area building as the airport shuttle is not running as yet.
Always hire with Hertz. Good cars, honest policies and prices. Never a problem with undocumented damage
Nah I'd never use these guys again. First of all there were big scratches on the car that they didn't sign for and I had to get them to do it before leaving otherwise they would have charged me for someone else's damages. Not only this they overcharged me by £100 like I'm not going to notice.
Have been using a few times and have never been let down. Definitely will be using again. Great service at the reception. Been served a few times by the same lady- always remembered me.
