DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I cannot stress it enough. Time wasters and very poor customer service. Had a situation with a rental being cut short and when there was a request of a return of funds the reply was that because the company is an American company the transactions are one way. Then being charged for returning the cars fuel tank as it was when hired at 3/4, they deducted the cost of a full tank at and exorbitant charge.
Was a frequent customer. Never again. Very poor indeed.
We hired a car for a week from this company. The consultant (Rob) who assisted us was extremely helpful and explained everything in full to my husband. We were upgraded to a better car with built in GPS and it was fantastic. No getting lost once and no temper tantrums at all. Would highly recommend this company and it's staff to anyone.

Excellent experience. Friendly staff, did not push insurance on us when we declined it, car was in perfect condition, highly recommended. I've worked in a car rental broker for over a year and know what to avoid. I decided to book with this company due to their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint.
I had an absolute '5 star' experience at the Bristol Airport Alamo/Enterprise car rental, w/ expert service provided by Abby. Even though this office seemed to be buzzing w/ activity, I felt totally focused on and taken care of by Abby. All reps working at this particular office also seemed very helpful, professional and cheerful from what I observed. I usually rent my cars from a competing car rental company at the LGW airport, where I've consistently experienced aggressive up-selling reps. So glad I found my way to my new 'go-to' car rental company and thank you Abby!
