Booked a cab online. 5 minutes after the expected arrival time I called up to ask where it was. I spoke to somebody who said they didn't have any cabs in the area and had tried to call to cancel the booking. The call didn't go through so he said that come pick up time I would just assume the trip was cancelled. They had my email address and phone number to email or text, but he didn't think that necessary, and believed he had done everything he could do to let me know, trusting in my clairvoyant skills to work it out. Zero apologies from them, plenty of disappointment from me. Avoid.
I believe this is really emerging company. I personally visited several time with my family and we enjoyed a lot!!!
