Hired a car a few weeks back at the Guoman Hotel location through my company for a business trip. Really needed a luxury high end car to impress future clients. Struggled to find anything decent for an affordable price with other rental companies. Avis really delivered from the price to professionalism at the rental station from the sales agent Mo to the car being just perfect. I had a few issues during my rental period and the call centre was also very helpful. Me and my company will remain hiring from Avis in the future and hope the service remains the same throughout all locations in the UK. Thank you Avis Shah First Vehicle Leasing

Decent car rental company. Check-in was easy. Only one minor issue: the mileage in my documentation was slightly off. This matters, as included mileage was limited.

As a foreign customer hiring in the UK I was very worried there would be many complications due to previous experiences with other companies. However the service specifically at the Tower Bridge location inside the Guoman Hotel was outstanding. The young chap at the counter ‘Mohammed’ provided service beyond oustanding. Made me feel very welcome and was very patient with all the questions I had to ask. He clearly explained all that I needed to know and also assisted with my luggage which I did not expect. I will definitely hire from Tower Bridge Avis again when I’m back in the UK.

30 mins to pick up rental, i was first person in line when counter opened. corrupt, charged me for damage i didn't do. forged my signature to imply i agreed to the damage. no pre-rental paperwork or walk around. fraudulent location. Avis upon appeal were very good and dealt with the situation adn refunded the damage fees. rented from waterloo branch a following weekend and the pickup experience went well, had the paperwork and keys etc all ready to go.

I really like the staff at this branch. Always recognise me and offer an upgrade when available. Cars are always practically new. Booking on the app and availability doesn’t quite match the service. For example, why the app tried to charge me more than the website for the same hire, I do not know. All in all, very handy!
