Please do not book with this company! I had booked with this company through easy jet to rent a car for two weeks. As i was leaving for my holiday i went to look for my booking reference and it wasn't anywhere to be found. As i had booked through easy jet and i had booked it a while back i forgot which Company it was for so i did try to call Car Trawler on arrival but could not get through. Only after the holiday do they send me a booking reference asking how my holiday went. When i called customer service for a refund they refused and did not try to compensate me in any way.

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY IN THE WORLD! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! I WOULD NEVER WRITE SOMETHING LIKE THAT UNLESS IT WAS HIGHLY IMPORTANT!!!! THE MOST MANIPULATIVE DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, DODGY IS A WORD THAT COMES IN MIND!!!! PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT USE THAT COMPANY. RENT ANY OTHER COMPANY JUST NOT THEM. MIND YOU THEY ARE USING OTHER BROKER COMPANIES SUCH AS RENTALCARS AND KAYAK, ESSENTIALLY HIDING, BUT THEN WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU WILL NEED TO DEAL WITH THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES IN THE WOLD. THEY WILL ALSO TRY PREVENT YOU FROM SPEAKING TO MANAGER. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR GOOD HARD WORKING MONEY, THEN STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Danger! Stay far away from this company!!! I’m going to use a bad word but no choice this company is shi***ty!!! Keep your money safe it’s all I can say. Ho and a small suggestion Always better to close a deal directly with the rental company, known ones of course. Trust me I know what I say, it might cost a few more bucks but you better spend a bit more on a good company than a bit less on a do@@y one

I booked a car from these con artists before the lockdown and when my holiday was cancelled I contacted this company to arrange a refund some months ago. My e:mails to their address were returned as undeliverable and the refund is still outstanding! I wish I had read the other reviews before making my booking. You will be a complete mug if you make a booking with them and it annoys me to have to give them 1 star to write this review as they don't even deserve that! Avoid them like the plague. You have been warned.
