Unhelpful and rude staff, would not take a return for an unused item. Why would I bother using Argos again when Amazon exists with better service?
It has a variety of different goods available across a wide range from A to Z. To fit all aspects of your lifestyle and homes or transport. Reasonable prices on most of the goods available. It has a delivery service for larger items see website for information and cost. I found that the staff were very helpful and friendly
Had a laptop issue 14 months into my 24 month warranty I purchased from argos. Got told twice by two separate staff members that there was nothing they could help me with. First told me that because its been over 1 year the 2nd year of the warranty was for the laptop manufacturer to deal with. After on the phone with the manufacturer saying this isn't the case I returned back to store to be told then it's actually the insurance company I have to deal with. I didn't bother with this, went onto the phone with customer services and had the issue sorted in 6 minutes instead, waste of time.
Poor service speed, prioritising online eBay collections, over reserved collections. No staff in store room to collect items. Poor attitude
Terrible customer service of multicolour hair lady and middle age lady as I was trying buying a laptop (value 700p) and they refused to help me out in any details "there you have the catallogue, go nuts"
I ll keep using amazon
