Good value insurance. Didnt need to use so unable to feedback in the event of a claim. Very happy to receive e mail on return offering 20% off next insurance, but not happy when I entered code as it said it was invalid.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! This company kept 50% of a £350 policy after my holiday was cancelled due to coronavirus. I cancelled the policy before it had started and had not made a claim. Absolute rip off merchants be very careful who you take out insurance with!

This is a terrible insurance company. They have been unresponsive to repeated email requests for information regarding refund for cancelled holidays
