Updated review. Claim manager got in touch after 5 weeks by phone, paid for 2 months and explained what she is looking for for the next time. A very helpful call, good level of knowledge, albeit a few weeks late. Much appreciated. [Previous review. A company with awful service. I sent my standard claim for unemployment 5 weeks ago, no payment for 4 weeks. I call back 1 week ago and they ask me for additional information, which I sent immediately. Still no payment 1 week later. By now I should have gotten 2 payments. They don't respond via email and you sit on hold with them for at least 30minutes after which they tell you they will review your claim in due course and someone will get in touch with you by post or may be by phone but they can not guarantee this. And the best thing is that they continue to take your premiums on time. Definitely to avoid]

PLEASE AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I had an accident that wasn't my fault in April. I am still awaiting my excess back 4 months on. I have had every excuse available. They have not even contacted the third party insurers once,which was the first excuse as to why I can't receive an excess or close the claim. The next excuse is because I had a hire car with enterprise they first require them to act with solicitors. There has not been a change in the case at all since it happened. I had trouble renewing my insurance as it was an extortionate price, due to the fact the claim should of been closed.

#further to covea's response below I have contacted many different departments to try and speed this up to confirm my car is still in the repair centre as covea have agreed to repair the disputed damage however decided not to tell the repair centre and leaving it to me to update them# My accident happened in december 2019 the other party declared it was their fault yet my car is only now being repaired (August 2020). Absolute joke, they reply to emails every two weeks or so and your datbon hold for ages before you can speak to someone, who always cannot help and asks you to email the claims team. To top it of they are only repairing some of the damage and not all as originally agreed. Should have looked at the reviews before using this company

Don't deal with this company of they waited eight weeks to deal with my claim and wanted different paperwork everytime I called them. Each little girly soon got out of her depth with my question and ran off to get advice elsewhere. You would do better to do business with a child than this lot. There office is closed at the moment but on the website they state that they are open for business. No-one there knows how to tell the truth about anything. Avoid at all cost

Criminals legal criminals. Stopped our policy for no reason we have had NO insurance for 2 years no contact what so ever. Even this company couldn't work out why it took them 5 days to tell us..... Ddduuurrrr we don't do that policy anymore Didn't wrote to us Didn't phone us We did not miss a payment Thanks guys £1600 coffee machine gone because of your incompetence. AVOID
