BL1 384434 I am shocked to my core at how my case is being handled. I was driven into by a van and despite all the injuries to my bike and person and to my riding accessories. That my case is not being handled well. I am the poor claimant and nobody is replying to my emails...how shocking!! But this isn’t professional conduct especially as I am the victim and due to the mismanagement of my case...all of this is adding further stress to me at a time when my wife is nearly 9 months pregnant. I have received part payment but am still awaiting for some additional funds to come through to cover my riding accessories. But I’ve not received a courtesy email in response to my valid queries and this isn’t professional. Is this how Allianz like to treat poor claimants? I’m sure this isn’t the way that Allianz like to deal with their clients..surely?? I am the poor claimant in this dreadful situation and just trying to recover from what could have been a fatal accident, which happened out of no fault from myself. My wife is nearly 9 months pregnant and rather than assist us and relieve us from any additional stress-Allianz is ignoring my cries and looks like they have closed my case without even sending a courtesy email. But this is not professional conduct as my queries are my valid queries are still left unanswered! At the moment I have been left in an unfortunate situation, where my claim is still left as unresolved without taking my valid concerns into account. Allianz are ignoring they duty of care owed to me with their mismanagement of my case! Totally shocked with their unprofessionalism!!

The worst experience we have ever had with an insurance company. First off our laminate flooring wasnt covered then it was then it wasnt then it was then it wasnt and now it is . Next they have sent so many people to assess the same items time and time again it's a joke. Next the want to take damaged furniture from Kent to Bolton for repair. This would require lorry and two blokes . They would rather spend loads of money messing about than simply paying claim. Next they send engineer for tumble drier (call out charge) who said it needs a new heater .call out charge again plus cost of heater result costs higher than new dryer. No wonder insurance is so high these days with outfits like this on board... Claim still not sorted and dont have a clue when if it will ever be.. Absolutely useless and if you ever have an insurance claim prepare to fight ..

Such a useless insurance I called and they said go through a broker.
