Always first class service at the Welwyn Garden City branch. My default branch, even though other Toolstation branches are nearer home. Easy parking. Click and collect perfect. Most of the branch staff know me by name and my orders are brought out when I walk in. Excellent staff. Five stars.
Everyone is so lovely and helpful and very safe. It's nice to see the staff sticking to social distance and makes me feel much more comfortable about shopping in store.
Quality service from Rob on my most recent visit, he easily found what I was looking for in no time at all. The guys here do their best despite the amount of abuse they get when something isn't in stock.
