Visited my local toolstation store this evening looking for a particular item. Upon my arrival I was informed that the item in question was unavailable. Amanda was very helpful in suggesting an alternative product. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the two members of staff "Amanda and Gerald" on how they went about their customer service. Overall a good experience! Keep it up guys! 👌

This Is my go to trade supply they seem to beat all competitors on price and have a vast array of stock. The staff are exceptional, Really friendly and always happy to help. The staff also have a good knowledge and for the not so competant tradesman they will be able to assist. I've been using these guys daily and the click and collect order is always ready for collection. The team are also very contentious about social distancing and work within the government guidelines. Excellent service always with a smile keep up the good work guys!!

Always used Screwfix until Toolstation came to Merthyr Tydfil. Since I made my first visit to Toolstation I haven't returned to Screwfix. I find the staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Lee at the Merthyr branch, prices in most cases cheaper, good stock and good quality.

Amanda is great. Always helpful, nothing is too much for her. Fantastic store. Will happily go pick up my hubby's stuff again. Staff are great
