Usually pretty decent but last night at about 9pm turned up for fuel, and was on the forecourt for 10mins while someone was inside scurrying around. Went over to the window and she looked directly at me and carried on.
There was no signage saying the forecourt was closed for fuel etc and didn't even stop to say if they were providing fuel. Bloody rude to just ignore people like that.

Medium sized petrol station with a small shop.
Customer toilets have so say been out of order since the start of covid would rather staff just tell you the reason you can't use them rather than just lie to your face
Lovely pop to the shop, the lady there was amazing! Sadly didn’t catch her name but hope she gets some praise, she had white hair (hope that helps) super friendly customer service
