Visited in Sept 2020 during Coronavirus outbreak. This branch does not have 'Pay at Pump' with credit card facilities, however it does allow mobile-payment using the Shell app. Disposable gloves were available at the pumps.

Very rude customer assistant told me to get off my bike to fuel it no please just GET OF THE BIKE. There are no signs saying that is the case. will not be using again so their loss of trade

Have just been served by a very rude man at the store. He pretended not to hear me when I asked him whether my payment had already gone through, and kept putting his hand to his ear. I’ve been going to this store for two years and have never encountered such rude and dismissive treatment before.

As a Lorry driver, I always stop there to get a coffee and a sandwich ( Triple BLT is my favourite) . Toilets are very clean, staff it's very friendly. Good to have a short break.
