This is by far and away the worst Chemist we have ever used. Medication never ready on time, rude and aggressive staff. Went to pick up medication which should have been ready last week, just to be told nothing is ready and they no long deliver or put through repeat prescriptions, this is a obvious lie as the surgery shows that the prescriptions were put through last week. Was told we would of been phoned and informed of this, but neither of us received any call from them.
Awful, avoid if possible.

I've been let down badly with my repeat Christmas prescription. I have phoned 3 times leading up to Christmas to be assured they would deliver on Christmas eve. Nothing arrived. I'm housebound and now running out of medication. I've emailed head office to see if they can help
Fed up of rudeness! Cancelling my repeat prescription collection with them and going elsewhere! Latest dealings with them proved that customer service skills need addressing and a basic understanding of courtesy! Lots of other customers dealt with in an unacceptable manner whilst we were waiting. Simply wash their hands of things !. Only 2 staff members I have dealt with there has been consistently helpful and courteous and they are Alicia and Jayne.
Hate going there for Meds. Staff are just Plain unhelpful and pass the buck to the med centre at the hint of a problem . Especially one female who has the charysma of a damp rag and very confrontational.
It appears nobody can pick up a telephone! Rung for 45 minutes on and off and nobody picked up
