Excellent service and knowledge. Julie, Tony and Jay were working under very difficult Circumstances, however we’re very professional in their ability to deal with my requirements. With a competitor store less than 20m away I could have gone elsewhere to get the products I needed, but their customer service was has made me realise that Toolstation Pontypridd is the place to go to.
I bought a Arrow glue gun. I thought it was manufactured in the USA but when I collected it I discovered it was made in CHINA!!!!!!!!!! Sod it. I had already decided never ever to buy anything Chinese again.
The instructions were in 6 different languages inc Turkish, Polish and Norwegian but nothing in English.
Brilliant.
