Warren James is no longer a jewellery shop theres no 9ct gold in anything just gold on silver my husband bought me a chain from there cayse I was having a gold rugby ball made we took the chain over to another gold shop and they told me and my husband that the chain was not heavy enough so we took it back to Warren James and they would not give my husband his money back only a credit note which we had to use in the pontypridd store i went over there 3 times as they were closed due to the virus then I went last week and I had to have gold on silver bracelet cause they never had no 9ct gold there it was not what I wanted I only had it because I had to use the voucher not pleased at all mrs vanessa rees

Staff rude and unhelpful once they have your money there not interested in helping. I purchased in Bridgend a necklace with earrings but I got silver not rose gold two hours from purchase to going back our local in Pontypridd. It's company policy can't exchange due to higeane issues it could of been worn they did not see any sense.
