Very very poor conveyancing service. Took almost 3 weeks to send out key documentation from Vendor's solicitor and only did so when contacted! Make basic errors in land registration fee amount and accounts. Certainly not the first class service paid for and promised. Avoid.

I found these people especially Wayne Griffiths the part owner of this practice to be very lackadaisical in his approach. He was vague and didn't seem to want to discuss my case always seeming to dismiss my concerns with silly and loose handed remarks like phone back in 3 months!!He made me feel like I was taking up his time with silly questions and generally made me like i shouldn't be ringing and asking for advice. I would definitely not recommend these guys.
