Fail to keep you informed. Not an enjoyable experience. I know somebody who's also dealing with them at present and they say exactly the same. Nightmare. I mean a solicitors with a 3.6 Google Review Rating. That says it all. They sell a service not products or meals..

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!! Had me in my home in 3 weeks start to finish!! Ok I didn't have a mortgage and there was no chain but that's some going!!! Samantha Manuel is an amazing lady, cant thank her enough. Second time round using Sharon Fitzpatrick and again 100% solid performance. 5 years ago as a first time buyer my mother in law recommended Sharon and team to myself. They made the entire process a breeze. Understandably having no idea what to do or when to do it they were on point and couldn’t be more helpful. 5 years later I decided to take on a new beast in selling the first property and buying a repossession! Sharon, Fran and team again we’re always on point. Any concerns I had or anything that needed to be done was done, all payments that needed to be made on my behalf were done swiftly and the entire process again felt very personal and as if my best interests were ALWAYS the main concern. I can’t thank the team enough for doing such a good job in such a short time period! No hidden costs or agendas! The price was the price before I’d ever committed. Should I ever want to move again as unlikely as it may seem right now I wouldn’t look anywhere else! Thanks again!
