I have dealt with Richard and Toby, both of whom are very competent, and are also excellent explainers and listeners, and have made the whole process painless over many years. There is no convoluted recorded message procedure to get through to reach them. The company is preserving the 'old-fashioned' courtesies which are getting less common, sadly, but which win loyalty, as others have said on here.

Excellent customer service and very thorough in finding the right insurance for both my business and personal insurances. When it came to making a claim against my car insurance this year it was dealt with entirely by A-Plan which saved me huge amounts of time. Thanks for all your help :)

Nobody likes paying for insurance but the helpful staff make it as easy as possible. Nice to speak to someone face to face as well. Recommended.
