Adam arranged a remortgage of a buy-to-let property for us. He's friendly, knowledgeable and always responds to queries quickly. There were a few problems (thanks to me) and Adam sorted them out in his quietly confident manner and in good humour. The whole process was straightforward. It's been a pleasure dealing with Lloyd Wells Mortgages and I would highly recommend using them. I will have saved hundreds of pounds by swapping my mortgage and had I know how easy it could be I would have done it years ago. Thanks Adam - you've been great!

What can I say about Adam.................well the word OUTSTANDING comes to mind. Myself and my wife had found the house of our dreams, we had the deposit, a lender had been found by another broker and everything was going great. Then my wife got even better news and had been accepted onto a PGCE Training Course for her dream job. However as it was paid with a Bursary rather than a salary, the lender pulled out and the broker spent weeks trying to find another lender until they gave up. We were ready to cancel the house and try again in a few year until we (aka my Mother in Law) found an article about Getting a Mortgage with a Bursary.......in comes Lloyd Wells Mortgages and after a very professional but equally relaxing conversation with Adam all was right again in the world (well for us anyway). Within a day we had a Mortgage in Principle. Throughout the whole experience Adam's professionalism and dedication to his clients made the service we received worth every penny and more. I would recommend to anyone, anywhere in England (whether you have a Bursary or not), look no further, you have found your broker!!!

We completely recommend Lloyd Wells Mortgages to anyone! Pete was absolutely brilliant throughout our whole mortgage process! He was clear and informative from the very beginning, showing us what was available to us and securing us a great mortgage rate. The covid-19 pandemic made for interesting times trying to secure a mortgage as a first time buyer and my partner being self-employed but Pete really became our advocate and fought hard to ensure everything went sailing through. He was always happy to chase things up and answer any queries we had. The information he gave us was truly invaluable. We have now moved into our dream first home and owe it all to Lloyd Wells Mortgages! Wouldn’t use anyone else. :)
