We only went in for coffee but is a lovely place with polite staff and a massive range of clothing

Colleague in front of store could not be bothered to serve unless you were dressed top dollar. Made me feel horrible walk out very unhappy

Usually have a good sale on menswear when I visit. Some of the layout is pretty old hat compared to other department stores but apart from that is pretty nice to shop.

I am unhappy about the cost of trying on two bras that I ordered online. At present due to Covid, you cannot try items on instore, or they may not have your size, so you order online. This cost me £4.99, even though I collected from my local Maidstone store! The brand of bras seem to come up very small and neither one were suitable, so to return it cost me another £4.10, so a total of £9.09 just to try on the bras!! That is without taking into account the cost of petrol/parking to collect the parcel from the store and return it to the post office. Why not offer free collection and returns, its a rip off!

After making my way to H o F today and paying £3 parking, just find out I couldn't try anything on. This is very unhelpful, as other shops aren't jumping to the rules n regs on this. If you dont please yr customer's, there's no point in opening, that's why many r buying online. I like to support our local shops, but there's no thanks for that. I know it's not the staffs fault, but its it's certainly not mine. I wanted t try a coat and as you wld normally do, try a few at same time, to compare. since one of them was about £250 and your policy is no try on, then most people wouldn't have nearly £1000 to buy few and bring back at more cost. Its unviable and by the way, you cannot catch Covid by touching clothing, check the information from the so called experts. All in all, this was an onerous experience and people don't enjoy shopping anymore.
