What a journey with Office, my son had some 720's and in the heat we had just before lockdown the bubbles just popped, i emailed Nike and they were so rude and even cut me off on the online chat, I contacted Office customer services and they were fantastic, Shelbi Walker was brilliant, I had no receipt and she searched their records and she found it, i was told to take the emailed receipt she sent into store and they would help me, went into store and Becky was brilliant, a refund was given with no uneasy questions, she was so polite and friendly, I purchased another pair of trainers and she refunded the rest, absolutely brilliant customer service.

The staff at Fremlin Walk branch in Maidstone are lovely. So friendly and helpful. Although did not have my size in stock they ordered them in for me with free next day delivery. Hassle free, fantastic service.

Had to retun shoes ordered online. Staff were helpful and knew what they had to do. Refund recieved within a day. Shop is in Fremlins Walk near car park. Large and well stocked.
