My two year old grandson loves going here and staff always friendly. Good range of children's books. Could do with puzzles that are complete and felt tip pens are always dry due to lids not being replaced which is a shame. Perhaps could have some puzzles behind desk you can ask for and return to desk when leave ?

I tried their reading group & I said in plain English what is the age group of the people & they just said a lot of people of all ages from 18-34 up to their 60’s & 70’s & not a word was said to me about how old they actually are, I went all the way over there & found they’re all just people in their 50’s & up including retired people. I then asked about their chess group & tried that out, I walked all the way over there today but everyone in the group were all kids who don’t even look older than 10! What a joke! I also tried a reading group in a different library right before this one & they were totally unsupportive & showed a real lack of caring & interesting as well so each & every single Bristol library I get this problem with can get this off me, a 1 out of 5 for their incompetence & lack of cooperation because I know they just don’t communicate because they can’t be bothered it isn’t as if I look stupid.

I am still impressed with the new library. The staff are always excellent. I am able to use Which? Magazine free of charge on the computers.

Wonderful experience, it's never very crowded when I go and there's always a space to read. Plenty of books, but sometimes they don't have the book I want. However you can order so it's not really an issue. Overall this place is amazing and I will visit again.

Love the new library! Easy to get books sent here from other libraries, all new facilities. Computers a bit old (and keyboards grimy) but otherwise it's a great place to come and do some work. Also very easy and reasonable fee to print documents.
