Lorenzo in your Merthyr Tydfil practice is truly wonderful.He is straight to the point and very caring towards Beau.His diagnosis was spot on.I cannot thank him enough.A fab vet is what he is.😘

Took my dog here to be put to sleep. He was a very old dog and had many problems and was not able to walk very well. Due to Covid we where not allowed into the surgery so made an appointment. We were dead on time and rang to say that we where in the car park. We waited 25 min before the young vet came out. He new our wishes for our dog to be put to sleep but insisted in trying to examine our dog in the heavy rain it looked like he was trying to get us to treat the dog not follow our wishes. He then dragged our poor dog into the surgery without any comfort to us and no instructions of what to do next. 20min later we had a brisk phone call from the reception asking for our card details, not a word of comfort at all. It seams the practice is only in it for the money not in the care of the animals and owners. This used to a first class practice that has gone to the dogs. Very upset at a very vulnerable time.

So much care was given to our kitten no hesitation to see her, even under these awfull times,, very pleasant people I myself carnt thank you all x

Sadly this vets has lost all sense of humanity since the wonderful mr and mrs hatton retired, I use to highly recommend ash vets to anyone over the years - both the hattons loved animals and that showed very much in the heart felt moments that is needed sometimes, But all these new lot care about is money. We've just been charged £59 just to have vet ring us back to book an appointment - which - having waited nearly 3hrs we had no call back at all. Previous to this in June ( under the same new lot ) we had to rush our cat in - which then resulted in a huge bill well over £1000 - only to be then told they still don't know what is wrong with the animal. Oh how I wish Georgina and Nick were still there. My advice - if you are looking for a vet - look elsewhere if you want someone who cares.

My cat had been really unwell and medivet were more than happy to see her. With this virus going around they took as much care as possible to keep everyone safe. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you!
