One of the customer service reps having been very rude / out of order (shouting), however, the rest of the team was very helpful and patient with handling the escalated situation and taking over. The business exec manager also took the time to personally look into the customer service phone records and give me an unexpected courtesy call later in the day despite other team members already having resolved the initial matter. I have also received a written acknowledgment from the manager as requested. I really appreciate the kind gesture, time and effort from the rest of the team and the manager as well as their Twitter team who facilitated a quicker communication. Thank you!
