Mental Health Contracts and everything else are sham they dont want to publish waiting times that matter and the true crisis being faced by the NHS and the cost to deal with it. The staff at the bottom stay silent and the staff at the top collude like spin Drs or SPADs to then get a job at some insurance company I bet.

Office jobs go to people already within the local NHS, unless it's a very senior job. How is anyone else ever supposed to access a job here?
