Since Raj has left the practice, the surgery has gone downhill in my opinion. We now struggle to get appointments, are left feeling like our pets were of no importance to them, running of the place is not as good as it once was and my pets dont seem to be given the same level of care that they've been getting for over 16 years. Raj Brahman was the definition of a fantastic vet, it's just a shame that the others haven't kept up the same standards as he did, now hes gone. We're looking at moving our pets to a different surgery because of this.

First from the receptionist, she's a great help to me by trying to explain everything about Complete Care and registering to MY VIP's as it was my first time to have a puppy. I save money and received free vouchers which I've used.

Such a friendly helpful bunch especially at this difficult time , The vet couldn’t of been more helpful As was the receptionist . This is our first puppy and I was very reassured by the vets knowledge . I knew he was in very safe professional hands .Keep up the good work , see you soon and thank you x

Very friendly vet and helpful receptionists, however the prices are absolutely shocking. Went in for the first vaccinations for my kitten and they charged us over £145 for the treatment (most places are around £30-£40 so that’s what we expected). The vet seemed to have chucked in loads of different treatments without asking if we wanted them first. Like I said, very friendly staff and clear they have a huge passion for helping animals however it’s doubtful we’ll be using them again as the prices are just extortionate.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
