Absolutely brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Ian (the vet) was brilliant when it came to caring for our 2 very large fur babies, always at the end of the phone when we needed him even during the covid outbreak. Unfortunately we lost our 2 fur babies just recently but if we get anymore pets we will definately use sandhole vets.
Very friendly helpful staff, interesting beeper system in use, plenty of parking space. One way system inside the building. And of course the pet care is excellent!
Excellent vets and lovely reception staff. I have taken all my pets here for over 20 years and have complete confidence in the vets and nurses.
Based on my experience alone, I found this practice to be very helpful, knowledgable and professional. I received very good customer service from all the staff and they were very caring towards my pet. The vet really put herself out to help diagnose the problem and followed this up with phone calls to relay the results of her findings. It is not the cheapest practice but then is there such a thing as a cheap vet.
Overall, I am happy to recommend this practice and have no hesitation in continuing using them, I have now signed up to the friends and family pet plan.
I love Sandhole vets! They take such good care of Goomba, Chewy and Jasper. Thanks for looking after the kittens
