Despite obvious restrictions they were very thorough and spent time making sure everything was explained and understood.
Very advanced service in what they can offer.
You were amazing last week when I rushed in, unannounced with my poor spaniel entwined in barbed wire after the world's worst walk.... You responded within seconds of our arrival and three of your staff just got on with helping to extricate my dog's floppy ear which had wrapped itself around the wire, leaving him terrified and in pain. Can't thank you enough.
