Although the reception staff are curt this center does not deserve the low rating it currently has. After booking online I was seen at my exact time and the lady who helped with my visa was very professional and polite. After reading reviews online I was slightly concerned for my upcoming experience but it was all pretty seamless and easy.
The visa office is chaotic, overcrowded and badly organised. The building is too small and not fit for purpose.

I submitted my application 60 days ago!and they ask for my CV ? Sorry???? I just planning to travel Canada, why u need my CV???? I just don’t understand.... okey fine! I sent my CV few weeks ago, still haven’t delivery my passport yet!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND people who want to apply visa, don’t buy tickets in advance, might waste all your tickets.......
They do a good job. They respond to emails effectively. The day I went there they were short staffed but they tried. I got emails to update me on my application. Got my passport in the same week. 👍🏿 Good job.
Utter racist embassy, Despite my 60 yr old mother being a UK resident, they still holding her passport with an excuse of Additional review without issuing a visa or rejecting it and return the passport back. its almost 6 months now. This embassy staffs are an utter disgrace to Canada
