Outrageously overpriced and overtly cocky. Recently moved to the Pontypridd area and therefore had to change vet. My dog has had primary dermatitis for over six years and so frequently gets ear infections. Unfortunately I ran out was used and prescribed by our previous vet. Simon wanted nothing to do with the information I gave him and suggested doing more tests on my dog no matter how many times I had told him she was already diagnosed and this is the path we’re on as it’s the only one that works for us. Basically looking for money to tell me something I already know. Was more interested in telling me his name was Simon every five minutes!! Worst part, 94 pounds! For an ear infection! Prices on their website are clearly not up to date and you get better service elsewhere. Do not recommend.
Park have looked after all our animals including our cats who have had difficult illnesses to deal with. Always caring and professional I would not hesitate to recommend them. They treat each animal as an individual and with love.
I have great confidence in this Veterinary practice! Simon is a great vet and genuinely cares for the animals. My parents and grandparents brought their animals to this practice and also swear by the care they provide. Thank you for looking after my boy Ted and giving him top quality care. Xx
Great help with a new puppy when we were very nervous. Lots of good advice.
Took my 20 year old dog here. I said I love the dog and the vet named Simon said "you don't love him as much as you say because you didn't bring him to the vet" don't look after a 20 year old dog!! I was furious. I swore under my breath and he talked down to me for swearing. After this poor service I found out I was grossly over priced. Never use this place unless you like being belittled and over priced
