I was kept waiting at reception past the appointment time. I was not allowed to accompany my pet in the consultation room due to covid....room was too small apparently. The vet seemed more interested in selling a pet cover plan rather than using the time to discuss the animals health. Not a great first experience overall. Would have given 1 star based on that but the receptionist was polite and more helpful than the vet.
Took my new puppy for her vaccinations. The lady on reception was very helpful. Didn't have to wait for long either.
All staff were very friendly and treated Duke with love and care. I will continue going to vets 4 pets for this reason and the ease of booking appointments.
Real professional and always looking to go down the most cost effective route.
My girls, are well taken care of here, would not go anywhere else
