Had a problem with bugs upstairs in the bedroom. I found KJW Services on Google, they were out within hours. Identified the creepy crawlies, found more in the attic and then the source. We had pigeons nesting under the solar panels. So pigeons removed, solar panels proofed to stop them returning & my attic was treated as was the rooms upstairs and then followed up with a second treatment. Can’t thank KJW enough, rapid response, very knowledgeable and professional.

Contacted in the evening and came out the next day. Gave me a price and sorted the problem but also gave advice on how to stop it in future. In my opinion went above and beyond in terms of service. My puppy also thought he was great and you cant get much better than that

I had someone out from a well known company to be told I never had an issue. I clearly did I paid a call out charge and was advised abruptly this was non refundable. I then called Kenny at KJW, what an absolute gentleman, very knowledable and prompt response. He came out same day and found activity within the first 5 minutes, he explained how the treatment would work and what had to be done. 1 week passed and my issue was resolved, a few days later Kenny called back to see if there was any more activity, nope, all good. Very good service and highly recommended. Thanks so much Kenny.

I honestly can't commend Kenny enough. Sent him a Facebook message on a Friday evening and he was in touch within a few minutes. Was around to do a survey on the Monday and was back taking care of business on the Wednesday morning. Kenny is friendly and mannerable and utterly professional. Was in, straight to the loft, took care of the problem and was on his way. Worth noting the price KJW services quoted me was almost 1/4 of the price offered by 'the leading brand'. His initial survey was twice as thorough and it was clear right away he knew what he was talking about (who would pretend to recognise starling sh!t, specifically?). He quoted the job that needed doing, not adding un unnecessary extras to boost the cost. Above all of that, there was an external problem with my roof which had given access to the nuisance birds. Kenny got in contact with the relevant tradesperson, got a quote directly and arranged a date for him to come fix the problem. If anyone has any issues with pests and needs a professional controller, I suggest you talk to KJW services. You will be blown away! Thank you, Kenny.
