Katie is my 'go to' practitioner whenever I have a niggle that stops me training. She is a runner and a personal trainer and so really knows her stuff. She is also clever and has a really good understanding of the bio-mechanics involved in sports which is really important as I have been to too many 'cookbook' therapists who just do what they know and don't think about the underlying issues. She's stabilised my knee and i managed a few days of skiing last month without it all kicking off. So, she knows her stuff; she takes it seriously and works in a convenient location - what are you waiting for?
