The Pilates for Runners class is really well taught and a is very supportive and encouraging group. The moves are broken down step-by-step so you can really understand the techniques and different levels of difficulty are provided. The teacher checks that people are doing things correctly and safely and also provides gentle assistance/correction when needed. The class is small and is run in a comfortable venue with easy parking. There are also lots of useful tips about running. I found the class really helpful to build my strength for running and I continue to use the things I learnt. I would highly recommend the class.

Pilates for runners was expertly taught in a friendly atmosphere. The exercises left me feeling stronger and gave me insight into my running technique and how I could improve.
